Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, clean, and free of debris or dirt to receive a refund, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@solewithsoul.ca.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@solewithsoul.ca.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer size, style or colour exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at martina@solewithsoul.ca.
Warranty
We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty for all our footwear. Contact us if needed and we review your issue. It is at discretion of our customer service team to determine if shoes fall within our manufacturing warranty.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt directly from our website.
Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
There are a few common exclusions that may not be covered under a typical shoe warranty. Here are some examples of what is not covered:
1. Normal wear and tear: Warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of normal use, such as scuffing, fading, worn stitching, wear on the soles etc.
2. Skateboard or bicycle abuse.
3. Misuse or neglect: Any damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents. This includes exposure to extreme conditions, using the shoes for activities they were not designed for, or failing to properly care for the shoes.
4. Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat.
5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
6. Damage from external factors: Damage caused by external factors like water, fire, chemicals, or natural disasters.
7. Stitching or hardware failure due to tearing or other abnormal wearing accidents.
8. Improper fit: Issues related to fit or comfort preferences. It's important to ensure you have the correct size and style before making a purchase.
9. Products acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, samples, or promotional products.
