AYLLA shoes are made from different types of materials. Each material has specific characteristics and these need to be supported with the right care.
Here you will find information on how to preserve the quality of your shoes so that they last as long as possible.

 

   FULL-GRAIN LEATHER

ABOUT: Full grain leather is an upper leather that is characterized by irregularities on the surface so when dyed each part of the leather receives the color differently creating different tonalities. This leather is therefore original on every pair of our shoes and behaves in the same way during treatment - when using oilier or watery preparations the leather absorbs the agent and can darken unevenly. This is not considered a negative feature it is its characteristic and has for example an effect on the removal of moisture from the shoe - it "breathes" very well. At the same time this leather needs more frequent care to prevent the leather itself from drying out and to support its waterproofing qualities.

CARE: First remove coarse dirt with a brush. Then wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and let them dry. Use Collonil bamboo lotion for cleaning. The shoes are made of full-grain leather, so keep in mind the need to keep the leather soft, nourished and supple. To nourish the skin, use impregnation cream for natural leather. It is possible to use impregnation spray with nanotechnology or any impregnation spray for leather for regular care and increased protection.

DO NOT wash or dry your shoes directly near heat sources. To eliminate unpleasant odors, use a natural deodorant that will remove even the most stubborn odors and leave your shoes fresh.

 

 

   COATED LEATHER             

UPPER: full-grain leather - coated leather
LINING: antiallergenic lining with microfibers
SOLE: 4 mm rubber sole

ABOUT: Coated leather is leather that is coated with a thin layer of synthetic material. Thanks to this, the resistance of the material will increase and its service life will be extended. By applying a synthetic layer the positive characteristics of the leather will be preserved but at the same time a longer service life of the material and easier maintenance will be achieved. It is easy to clean and if there is no mechanical abrasion it keeps its surface smooth.

If this happens the leather can be degreased - using a hair dryer and a cloth or a leather cleaner (for example Collonil bamboo lotion).

 

 

   IMITATION OF NUBUCK - VEGAN MATERIAL

UPPER: imitation of nubuck
LINING: antiallergenic lining with microfibers
SOLE: 4 mm rubber sole

ABOUT: The shoes are made of artificial leather (imitation of nubuck) which has the purpose of imitating natural leather.

CARE: First remove coarse dirt with a brush, and you can also use a nubuck eraser for smudges. Then wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and let them dry. Use soft cleaner for cleaning. When the shoes are dry apply treatment - apply the spray at a distance of 20 cm. For routine care and increased protection it is possible to use impregnation spray with nanotechnology.

BRUSHED LEATHER - VELOUR

UPPER: brushed leather - velour
LINING: antiallergenic lining with microfibers
SOLE: 4 mm rubber sole

ABOUT: The shoes are made of brushed leather - velour. Velour is leather that is sanded from the reverse side of the grain and its surface is lightly hairy. This material should NEVER BE CREAMED and dry cleaned with a brush.

CARE: First remove coarse dirt with a brush and you can also use a nubuck eraser for smudges. Then wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and let them dry. . Use soft cleaner for cleaning. When the shoes are dry apply deep treatment - apply the spray at a distance of 20 cm. For routine care and increased protection it is possible to use impregnation spray with nanotechnology.

NUBUCK LEATHER
